Absolutely amazing care of my new 'older' lady who hasnt had the best of life previously. My little one had the full attention and was put at ease by lovely Katy and the team ❤️ Well done Wicket 👏 and look at the transformation since coming into the care of a good team. She is now thriving.

We have a great big 'challenge' of a Labrador who sadly has too many issues to list! Anxiety is a key issue and the care and patience shown to him by locum Vet 'Katy' yesterday was exemplary. We are so grateful for her kindness towards Ted and understanding of our difficult situation. Katy has also taken the time to do some medical research with a drug that we are willing to try to hopefully give us all a calmer, happier life together. Huge thanks to that lovely young lady❤.

A lack of advice from the vets and the recommendation of an injection that we trusted the vets advice on, caused a horrific outcome. Our fit and healthy dog had a stroke 2 weeks after the injection... even after his stroke, they kept prescribing more medication, and telling us he would be fine 2-3 days. He died 2 weeks and 1 day after the injection. The people we trusted failed us and our gorgeous boy, by not providing all the facts so we could make an informed decision. We felt they only cared about selling medication and services.
