I think with vet bills so high ,if your gonna tell costumers, there's a helpful option to pay they need to be able to understand an help explain how to do it

It was a stray cat from our yard that I brought in, and the vet and nurses were very understanding of the situation.

We use pet insurance and after every visit when we go to the desk to pay it causes no end of confusion with the desk staff unless we deal with one particular staff member who is familiar with the process.

The vet then or any time l come to vets they seem to be always trying to sell you something
Which at this vist was vacations
Am a person who loves animals and l do my best for them money with most people they are struggling and l felt guilty leaving the practice that l could not afford certain items for my animals
The vet never even said anything to my cat most people like them to try and settle the pets as it’s not a nice experience for them
Just about money
Sorry think you are wonderful people helping animals but it’s all about money
Wish l could afford the pet plans think your practice needs to be a bit more sympathetic
