The vet was lovely as always, made us feel very relaxed and our kitten very much enjoyed being comfortable even during her first vaccines. Thank you as always for being an amazing practice! :)

It was total chaos. The woman behind the desk didn't seem to know who was being seen next. We were seen over 40 minutes after our appointment time. My dog was totally stressed out with all dogs barking.
I got the impression they wanted to go for the more expensive treatments, rather than trying the cheaper options first.

The vets and nurses were lovely and very helpful, but the 1 receptionist is extremely rude and should not be aloud to speak to anyone with that attitude. Disrespectful and she was also rude to the staff

My appointment was on time. The vet was very approachable and friendly. She was great with my dog. She had got my dog’s flea and worming tablets ready beforehand.
