Staff very friendly and attentive to the dog. I was asked to take urine sample on the email but I couldn’t get one and they never asked for it. Otherwise it was fine and they are not pushing to sell products only gave helpful advice

Being going to Medivets for 7 years with my springer spaniel, never had a bad experience, the pets interest has always been their priority, and delivered in a friendly and professional manner.

Both of my dogs have been registered here for years, called in today to by frontline flea treatment, an over the counter medication, I was told by the receptionist I would have to see the vet for a prescription, this is not the case but evidently that's how it is with them I was told, so they basically want to screw more money out of you, last prescription I had from the vet cost £25,that was several years ago, who knows how much it costs now,I think all vet practices should be regulated on what they can and can't charge for and treatment prices capped,I will now register my dogs elsewhere and buy the flea treatment from pets at home without said prescription

My parents then myself have been w your practice for 43 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. All staff are lovely. I've dealt with Sue for the most time and she is lovely
