I just called in to get my dogs vaccination record updated following his recent visit. Unfortunately the receptionist was unhelpful and said I would have to leave the record and collect it later. It’s an hour round trip for me so I left and I will not be going back.

I was surprised by the seeming lack of compassion from the staff. I brought in an injured bird and they just took it away without saying a word which felt like I had inconvenienced them by bringing it in. No idea if they made it comfortable but I hope they were kind

We did not get reminders form you abut healthchecks for our pet cat. We were told this was because we had opted out of reminders, but that seemed to us very unlikely and could have been an error.

Way too expensive. More than the cost of my visit to my oncologist. But I love my cat and it's the best vet in our city.

Stephanie is happy to see small mammals such as Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters and Rats. We are able to provide consultation, dentistry and routine surgery for these smaller pets.
