Was very happy with the Vet on service and the nurse on reception. Looked after my dog and explained all to me. Very happy with service. Not happy that its been 4 weeks and they still have not contacted Milo's previous Vets Surgery "Vet on the Hill Caterham" to get all medical records since transferring there last October 2024.

As always staff were friendly and helpful. Great that we get to see the same vet who is very helpful and knows my dog well, being familiar with all his illnesses makes it easy when discussing issues or revisiting issues that reoccur. Great service.

After arriving to pick up my pets medication I was told it hadn’t been ordered until my pet had a blood test.
I was not informed of this when I ordered the meds.
An appointment was made for the next day for the blood test and I was told that I would receive a phone call with the results that afternoon. I did not get a call that day as promised.
Luckily when I was called back the next day everything was ok with his results.
