Overall a fantastic service. All the staff were extremely friendly and made a big fuss of my dog. My dog is reactive and gets stressed at the vets but the vet we saw was extremely understanding, patient and put the dog at ease. Definitely the best experience my dog has had at a vet to date. Highly recommend

Very caring and friendly, looked after our dog toffee with affection. Toffee does not like going to the vets!! but was well looked after before and after surgery, everything was explained to us in detail, and kept informed throughout. Thank you Medivet.

Great service. All the team really nice and knowledgeable. Eady to book appointments and order the treatments. Not too keen when having replacement vets but understand at times is needed .

Cannot recommend Medivet Northgate enough! They care for my dog very well, making sure he is comfortable and he’s given lots of treats to keep him happy. He loves visiting! Everyone who works there is very welcoming and friendly. Very clean and easy to make appointments. The Vetplan is great value for money and they do a great job with keeping me updated on my next appointments etc by text.
