The initial phone call was challenging as the reception's English was not good enough. She did not take down the correct details, register our cat properly or give us the correct information regarding the procedure we requested. We asked for an appointment for a feline castration and at not point were we told that there would need to be an initial consultation and then a separate visit for the procedure. The vet did not know why were there when we went in to see him as no information had been taken down and passed on. After the consultation we were then told that our cat could not have the procedure done at the practice as there were no nurses and would not like be any in January. So, the whole process was a complete waste of time.

I was made to feel like a second class citizen. I will not be recommending this practise to anybody that I know as my appointments or not easy to manage at all and there seems to be too many misunderstandings at this practise. I ask to speak to the practise manager, nobody returned my request.

I’m still ensure on when / how often to administrate my cats flea and worming treatment. It’s a different vet each time, their English is limited and the instructions are not clear. I’m not convinced my cat is receiving adequate treatment due to communication issues which is obviously not ideal. I don’t really understand the pricing either

I live 5 mins from Isleworth Medivet so have been going here for the last 2 years since i got a cat but hasnt been much. Recently my cat got unwell and we visited on the Wednesday, and we had to book an emergency visit on the Friday but they were closed so we were directed to Whitton branch and OHMYGOD, what a difference in clinics. I just assumed every vets was like Isleworth because i didnt know any different, but i've not made Whitton my home vets. They are not even closely comparable from start to finish everyone was so lovely in whitton, and the vets itself was more looked after.
Isleworth was "fine" but i much prefer to drive 15mins than walk the 5 mins for the experience i received at whitton over Isleworth. Its a shame but thats how it is.

My dog had a thorough examination by a very kind and helpful vet. All my questions were answered . I wasn't rushed and the vet really put my nervous dog at ease.
