Excellent service - Paul is clearly concerned with the health and wellbeing of Burley. This is paramount to him - he does not give any impression that his work is about the money. Clearly, there is a business to run but the priority is the care of the animals.
Kate always presents a friendly face which is reassuring. She salon very efficient in her work.
