Where do we start about this practice... waited weeks to have a short phone call with the vet Tracey with a couple of questions about a procedure to be done on my pet, which im actually still waiting (not really anymore haha) contacting the practice every single day and being told she would phone me that day, she called on a Wednesday at 8pm and the call didnt conect tried to call back straightaway and obviously did not connect as the place was closed, then she was off until the following week! I was also charged incorrectly as my consult and treatments in a previous appointment were included in my plan. Im still waiting for some of that money to be refunded to me after months... So overall i would say please AVOID this practice like a plague, you can see in many of the reviews we are all stating similar situations with the same vet, save yourself the headache!

As usual Alan and his team looked after Spot like she was his own.the team goes well out of the way to be helpful and give the most high class service to both the animals and their owners.would highly recommended Alan and his team to anyone looking for a top class vet.

I took Millie, my newly adopted rescue cat to Medivet in Biggleswade as I had used them for a previous cat & found them very efficient & caring . Gemma the new vet examined Millie & found her to be healthy but needed some adjustment to her diet. My cat seemed happy there so I signed her up to the Health Plan. Gemma phoned me for more info & prescribed medication to prevent fleas & worms. I am very satisfied with Millie’s treatment

We went to Twickenham as our local Teddington one wasn't available for the treatment we needed at the time; and gosh am I glad we did. Such a different experience from Teddington Medivet. Enric cared for our pooch above and beyond, did not raise his voice, change tone and seemingly become angry at us (like happened at Teddington) when we discussed our concerns with various so called ''preventative'' animal medications. All FOH and BOH team were exceptionally friendly, caring, helpful and didn't try to up-sell us stuff we didn't need or have a go at us for feeding raw. Enric and the team explained things in great detail and we left feeling confident - also did excellent suturing on my pooch. Can't thank you all enough :)

Very efficient. On time. The vet seemed very comfortable and familiar with rabbits (which not all vets are!) and handled her really well. The vet was also very nice to my daughter (the rabbit’s owner) and involved her, which I appreciated. Thank you.
