Online account doesn’t work properly and had to chase for my cats 6 month check up.as well as their notes from first appointment

Great vets, great service, always listen to you, always excellent with your pet and just a really caring, nurturing environment. I tried many vets before this practice, and hit the jack pot here! My pet is very well cared for here and most importantly I trust them! Highly recommend this practice.

If I could give this vet a -100000000 score I would. Our dear dog of nearly 14 years, who had been here since we moved from Canada (10years), was denied proper end of life care. I was denied help, and was told to wait over 48 hours to have her put down. A chronic condition the vet knew about, and she was in so much pain. I had to find another vet to put her down I’m writing this now as I keep getting emails about having our dog come in. How uncaring and irresponsible.

Rushed home to get to the vets only to find it’s closed despite operating hours on google and entrance saying otherwise. Unacceptable. Update your operating hours or get better staff

** updated: after posting this review my next experience at the vets was much better! The vet I had was very friendly and good with Olive (changing my review from 2 to 4 stars) I feel very disappointed after my experience this morning, which is such a shame as I had high hopes after reading the reviews. I recently got a puppy and rang up to book a first check-up and her second vaccinations. The women I booked with on the phone (on Tuesday) was so lovely and enthusiastic, so I was pleased to think there would be great service here and was excited to take little Olive in! However, unfortunately this morning I found the vet to be quite rushed and a bit brash with me- she didn't take the time to talk through any concerns with me or allow me to ask questions, so I left feeling quite confused and stressed. I'm only leaving this review as I'd like the staff to consider that for first time dog owners, the first check up can be worrying for us and that more compassion/care would be appreciated.

Gabi the vet is excellent we wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else. Bella and Roxie are well looked after by his team. Polite helpful receptionists and all round a great team
