My practice had no appointments so Parsons Green fitted me in which was probably why i had to wait. I do find Medivet expensive and despite liking the service even with the cat plan am considering a subscription service as I think that would be more economical

Disappointed that every time we have been to the practice in the last 4 Visits it has always been with a different vet. No one seems to stay and it’s rather strange.
I inquired about obtaining a travel certificate for France and was told that no one at the practice is registered to do that.

We are very grateful to Medivet Parsons Green for their attentive and professional care. The staff are friendly, compassionate, and take the time to explain everything clearly. Our pet felt as comfortable as possible during what could have been a stressful experience, which really shows how much the team genuinely cares about animals. They have increased their prices for dog dental clean by over 100% in 3 years. This kind of multinational corporation priorities profits over care. Read the other reviews if in doubt. Independent places over better value, care and pricing.

We had a really positive experience bringing our cat in for a check up. Stelios was very helpful and gentle with our cat. Bibi was lovely and made us feel confident in the care Medivet provide.

Stelios and Bibi were helpful kind and caring, and helped Peggy my miniature wire haired dachund with her 'bad hair day' due to knots and matting. She is a timid dog and would not let the groomers near her...... she was calm and happy with the Medivet team. Thank you......I'm going back to get my hair done soon!!!!
