The costs are just ridiculous for treatments! I don’t understand why it’s so expensive and it’s way over priced , I do hope a governing body stops this ripping off people for treatments that are NOT worth that money !!

The online booking didn’t ask if I needed to see a vet even though it was her annual vaccination and it booked a nurse so they had to phone me to change it. Needs modifications.

Transparency of pricing would be great, especially since the fee for a basic check up has increased so much. Transparency about prescription fees would also be helpful.

I booked an appointment to register our cat and for her second vaccination on the day of the appointment someone rang me to rearrange it for some earlier time as the vet was off sick as the time given to me was unsuitable I booked it for 3.30 weeks arrived at 3.15 only to be told it was not till 4pm I questioned this as I know I booked it for 3.30 . After a few minutes of discussions with the vet in house we were seen only to be told they do not stock the vaccine so would have to start from fresh or go to another practice which we did as was not prepared to pay for a new cause of vaccination. Not a good impression for new clients I'm afraid .

Superb professional care with friendly compassion is our experience of Young’s Medivet in Welland Road, Peterborough. Our Cavapoo clearly feels comfortable every time she is handed over to the staff who make a fuss of her and puts her at ease. Her recent ear infection is clearing up nicely.
