Absolutely awful experience with this vet. Only interested in upselling the practice, selling sub standard goods and maximising profit rather than genuine animal welfare being the priority. Have had 2 very poor experiences, both of which unaddressed and only wanted to ensure payment was made. They don’t call to discuss or look at issues - just want the invoice paid! Avoid avoid avoid

I changed my vet to MediVet Radlett as previous vet lacked care and compassion. I highly recommend MediVet. They’re caring, informative and truly show genuine care for our doggo and their receptionists are also super friendly

Love this practise. Such lovely, friendly and warm staff. Vets are amazing and really care. I even got a call the next day to check up on my dog. So easy to get an appointment. Can't fault it.

Appointment was given quickly, staff are friendly and vet was very knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable knowing my pet was in the right hands. Gave lots of time to explain things and give advice. Our ratty needed an implant and was given an appointment the same day as consultation. Highly recommend this vets practice.
