On holiday for a week with our pooch who has several health issues, we are registered with Medivet at home so wanted to make sure we knew where our closest Medivet practice is located incase we need them - we received a warm welcome from everyone and our minds were put at ease, it's a lovely practice and easy to find, we treated our boy to a toy on the way out 😊

My poorly dog needed to be seen I was told to be there for ,6.30 I arrived one minute to that time and the staff was already out the building.they point blank refused too see her I begged them and was coldly told no !! You are disgrace to the profession andy poor dog died .I'm so angry and heartbroken I will never use you again and will never recommend such cold people who state they care for your animals Disgusted by you all !!!!! Hope your proud of yourselfs

Super impressed. Really reasonable pricing and the Vets are top notch. We saw Penny and she was absolutely lovely. Really knowledgeable and professional - taking extra time to examine our kitten and make sure she was comfortable at all times. Also parking there is a breeze, with a huge car park - my last vet didn’t have parking and it was a nightmare! Thanks Medivet and see you soon but not too soon hopefully 🐈⬛

Superb vets. All of the staff are wonderful and kind and caring. Also, none of the hard sell that is going on in a lot of modern vets' practices nowadays.

After having 6 teeth out and coming back for a check up with a swollen face which had not been there previously and a dog unwell in himself I was told there was no infection, even though the nurse didn’t even open his mouth to look but asked me to open it and he is not an aggressive dog I was told that he was depressed and to take him for a walk and let him off the lead. 12 hours later we are at the emergency vets!

Very pleased with the care our Guinea pig ‘Bumble’ received at Medivet. Staff are all lovely. Paul the Vet was compassionate, caring , knowledgeable and gentle with Bumble. Thank you ☺️

To be honest I think that minus 5 stars should be available as having registered dog with monument medivet both same business has proved to be worst choice ever made they have no compassion don't have slightest care abot the welfare of the animal only interest they have is in profit vets used to show love until corporate took them over made them about proffit

Sadly had to say goodbye to our fur baby today, Oreo. Thank you to all the staff for being there and supporting us throughout Oreo’s final moments. I feel so lost though without her 💔😭 thank you for your kind care and making Oreo as comfortable as possible 🌈🕊️
