Advanced veterinary advice or care is needed depending on the case

Your primary vet decides they’re not able to offer the right level of expertise, or they don’t have the appropriate facilities at the general practice.

Your veterinary surgeon makes a referral to our centre

Your primary vet will recommend that your pet be seen by a specialist consultant, or a vet who has undertaken additional training to provide an advanced clinical service, at a referral centre.

Reception, vets and nurses were great at giving me regular updates on how my dog was doing, were fantastic during in appointments and happy to answer any questions. They made sure post op recovery was clearly laid out and provided a great breakdown of medication and exercise. Overall very happy.

Absolutely fantastic service, very caring, Stuart was amazing and definitely knows what he’s talking about, nothing was too much trouble, I felt my fur baby was in good hands and was definitely being looked after, goes above and beyond 🐶

Thank you to Stuart the excellent neurologist and the lovely lady at reception who made our visit very comfortable. Our dog Bertie was thankfully fine after the detailed consult with Stuart, something that had kept us up with worry for a couple of weeks.
Prices were reasonable, we got an appointment fairly quickly, and everything went smoothly. We're very pleased overall with our visit :-)

Earlier this year Max had surgery on both back legs and recently he started to limp and lift one leg when walking.
We were worried that something might have gone wrong. We got an appointment next day and the vet took a lot of trouble to check things out and reassure us that all seemed ok.
He said if things didn't improve in a week to get back and he would X-ray his leg.
Very pleased with his treatment.

My dog Ruffles has had excellent care here by all the vets Stewart Ben and Cathy. For his joint replacements and OA steroid injections with Stewart and to his recent cancer surgery by Ben amd his wife Cathy . I knew Ruffles was is in great care . The reception staff are so warm and welcoming and the vetenary nurses so kind caring and empathetic. A lovely hospital for our animals when sadly they are injured or poorly.

I would have appreciated receiving the scan and biopsy results as soon as they became available. Instead you had the results for 6 days before I was able to speak to anyone about them despite ringing 3 times.

We were very happy with the way we were treated. The staff were all friendly and easy to talk to. Ben was very informative when explaining the procedure Bobby was going to have and clear on the costs. When we returned to collect Bobby he showed us the ct scan results and explained everything to us and the treatment Bobby needs.
The nurse who brought Bobby out to us was so lovely and we knew he’d been well cared for. We feel more relaxed about going back in 4 weeks for the check up
