Medivet Godstone Referrals

All members of staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Shannon, the Vet my dog was treated by, was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, explaining the problems and issues so I could understand them. Excellent with my dog, considerate to me, I was lucky to have her treat my dog.

This branch of Medivet is the best we have used. It is a branch where all the staff, and I mean all the staff, know you and know your pet. There is continuity of care as you always see the same vet. They are able to tell you exactly how your pet has been treated and looked after and for me it is what I would describe as old school veterinary care. The kind we had pre-covid and the kind that we, the public, want.
To know I can call at any time with a question or in fact a need is so very important to me as a pet owner and the right way for aftercare following major surgery.
The staff here saved my dog's eye, Shannon and the team are exceptional in what they do, and the reception staff, Kim in particular have the biggest hearts and so much compassion for their customers that you are always made to feel both welcome and taken care of.
To know this branch is closing is quite simply devastating and a great loss to both Medivet and the community. It is also a great concern that the skills of these staff is going to be lost. I would not trust another vet to operate on my dog the way I have here.

I was recently referred to Medivet Godstone for my cat to have a heart scan and, having not been there before, I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the very first phone call, Kim was incredibly helpful, empathetic, and accommodating, which made the whole process feel so much easier. When I came in for my second appointment, again she couldn’t have been more helpful, and the rest of the team were just as friendly, polite, and caring. I also saw Azzurra, one of the vets, who was fantastic. She was very personable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and understood the situation fully. She really couldn’t have been more caring or accommodating. Overall, I had a really positive experience at Medivet Godstone and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Every team member I came across was helpful, professional and genuinely kind. Highly recommend!

Would very highly recommend this vet referral they are fabulous! From the vet specialist to the reception everyone makes an extra effort to help and sort out any problems or questions. The nurses are very helpful kind and amazing with the animals. Our dog loves them! 😀
