It is always a slow process paying the bill. It would be nice if that could be speeded up, for instance more receptionists or a quicker card machine

You gave our dog penicillin on Friday. It had a brief seizure on Saturday and then again on Sunday and dyed in front of us.
Was the dose correct? Google says an overdose would cause this.
We are devastated.

It was easy to make an appointment.
We were seen on time by a knowledgeable and proactive vet. The reception we received was welcoming and our dog was made to feel special.
I am not sure if they have any permanent vets yet though.
The practice and parking area have been improved markedly which is very good.
