Recently visited the practice with my cat for a complimentary pet check which was included with the pet plan she has. The vet gave her a thorough check over, listened to my concerns and gave me some good advice, he was very happy, friendly and professional and I would highly recommend 😌

I registered my dog with the new vets two weeks before hand and I called up on Monday morning hoping to get the initial appointment the same day, which I did an hour and a half later I was at the Vets.
I was so pleased that they could see my dog that morning.
They were really very very friendly and helpful with suggested ideas on different things.

After a bad experience at another practice in coalville we moved to medivet Shepshed.
Best thing we ever did!
Your staff have been brilliant, they’re helpful, friendly and supportive, I never feel under pressure or judged when visiting and it’s clear the pets best interest is always at heart.
You’ve an amazing team and Filbert loves to visit for cuddles, Frank not soo much but your warming his heart with each visit. Keep

I'm always happy with the service and care I receive from our local vet. They are always lovely and friendly, and they treat my cat with a lot of care.

It was my dog's first visit and the staff were lovely with her. Have been using this practice for many years. Although first time with the vet I saw today. She was excellent and was very reassuring.
