Sandra is the most personable vet I've ever met. Clear, honest and compassionate. We recently lost our beloved dog after going to the out of hours hospital over bank holiday weekend, which ultimately resulted in an onward trip to RVC at St Albans at the end of the week and a difficult decision. After my wife left a message with the receptionist at Station Road to inform them what had happened and to cancel the regular plan - Sandra called back later personally to offer her condolences, enquire as to what had happened and genuinely had some words that meant a lot to us. What a perfect fit for her profession.

We have a 4 year old GSD who is extremely nervous and reactive, his visits to medivet at Sidcup have over the last few years gradually become less stressful for him. This is due to Sandra and her staff who go that little bit extra to keep him relaxed and calm on each visit. He is gradually getting better on each visit and this is due to Sandra, who he is slowly getting to trust. But he still doesn’t like her taking his temperature 😂😂. Thank you all

The last visit for health check was very bad. If this will happen again we will start looking somewhere else. The young vet, she just gave us medicine, checked weight and nothing more. No nails trimmed, no teeth checked, nothing. When Sandra is checking, she’s the best,very experienced and caring. We never had experience like the last time. Please care more about our little friends.

Amazing care, worth the extra distance! I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the care my cat, received at your Medivet Station Road. While I have a Medivet much closer to my home, I choose to travel further to your location specifically because of the great service and friendly atmosphere. Every member of your team has been incredibly kind, patient, and professional. It's clear that everyone genuinely cares about the animals in their care, and that makes all the difference.
