Best staff ever. Everyone is lovely, warm and knowledgeable. In many cases I have seen they know their names. If my dog walks behind the reception area to say hello, all the staff will fuss over her. They will explain what the issue is, what the best course of action and what options we have. I could not recommend these Vet practice higher.

The best vets around! We have all three of our dogs registered here. Sandra is a fantastic, caring vet, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our dogs. They are very reasonably priced, unlike some of these rip off vets around!

Sandra is the most personable vet I've ever met. Clear, honest and compassionate. We recently lost our beloved dog after going to the out of hours hospital over bank holiday weekend, which ultimately resulted in an onward trip to RVC at St Albans at the end of the week and a difficult decision. After my wife left a message with the receptionist at Station Road to inform them what had happened and to cancel the regular plan - Sandra called back later personally to offer her condolences, enquire as to what had happened and genuinely had some words that meant a lot to us. What a perfect fit for her profession.

We have a 4 year old GSD who is extremely nervous and reactive, his visits to medivet at Sidcup have over the last few years gradually become less stressful for him. This is due to Sandra and her staff who go that little bit extra to keep him relaxed and calm on each visit. He is gradually getting better on each visit and this is due to Sandra, who he is slowly getting to trust. But he still doesn’t like her taking his temperature 😂😂. Thank you all
