For unknown reasons I have been unable to register to use the online service to book appointments, which I would very much like to do. I have mentioned this multiple times to your receptionist but they are unable to do anything to help. The problem is that the verification email your system sends to confirm my identity and allow me to complete registration never arrives. So I am unable to set up an account on your systems. Please could you pass this to the people that look after your IT system?

It is lovely to have the veterinary nurses pay us a home visit to tend to our elderly cat. This really relieves the anxiety and stress he feels when travelling to and from the veterinary practice. They are so friendly and very caring putting our much loved cat at ease. Thank you!

I was very impressed at how caring the vet was. She took a really holistic approach to diagnosing my dog and treatment going forward. Answered any questions I had thoroughly and I didn't feel rushed. Very nice reception staff aswell.
And now he is recovering well!
