I wasn't planning on rating but I've received a few reminder emails to rate my last appointment, so here it goes. Bit of a weird experience, I was five minutes late for a check up, and I apologised immediately on arrival. I often wait 5-15 minutes to be seen at prior appointments. During the check up, I asked a question about my dog's ears & tummy which were promptly checked, but I was told that if I have any concerns I should not be five (5) minutes late to the checkup as we only have 15 minutes allotted. The practice was otherwise empty. It was strange considering I'm not habitually late, I had already apologised, and it felt awkward to be told off as an adult. I have professional client meetings for my job, and can't fathom pointing out to a client that they're five (5) minutes late and that it's an issue. I'd still give 4 stars as I was happy with the care my dog received.

Dr Amber and team are amazing! Our dog isn’t always the easiest patient, but they always make us feel welcomed and heard. Everyone on the team has provided amazing care for our elderly dog, given accurate diagnosis, kind care, and clear, reasonable guidance on next steps. They’ve even sorted out issues with our insurance company on our behalf when the company was dragging their feet to respond. Would strongly recommend.

The veterinarian who attended to my cat demonstrated a high level of expertise and dedicated ample time to thoroughly examine her, aiming to pinpoint the potential source of her allergy. Overall, my experience was extremely satisfactory.

I cannot thank Dr. Amber Rose enough for all she has done for me and my little cat, Wizz! My cat fell seriously ill, and thanks to her expertise, dedication, and compassion she was able to get a swift diagnosis and a plan for him right away. Dr. Rose not only gave me answers when no one else could, but also provided me with immense peace of mind during a stressful time. Her professionalism and genuine love for animals shine through in every interaction. I cannot thank her enough for her exceptional care and for going above and beyond. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Amber Rose to anyone seeking top-notch veterinary care. She truly is amazing.

Amber and the team at Medivet SJW are wonderful! Our dog has some aggression at the vet and they have worked with him over the past few months to get him more comfortable. We go in for "happy" visits and Amber & Emily shower him with treats, pets, and play time. He's much more comfortable now and even pulls me towards the door when we walk by. They have made going to the vet an enjoyable experience, I highly recommend!

One of the best vet surgeries in London. It’s small but super accommodating and I feel our cat got the best care. The nurse is great and the lady at the front desk is fantastic. Only downside is that Medivet in general is very expensive compared to the competition but the service is 5*

Disgusting place with low lever of service and rude receptionist who 1) does not know how to use a booking system 2) does not care for the wellbeing of animals. Avoid this place.

I called Medivet St Johns Wood, and was put in a queue for 2 and a half hours. They just kept repeating that I was caller number 1 in the queue. What is this terrible customer service? Who has the time to be put on hold for more than 2 hours.
