Dr Adriana Pedro was absolutely amazing, reception was also brilliant. Called up at 9am and got a same day appointment at 3pm, Dr Pedro and another lovely Dr even stayed an hour late to do our dog’s urine screening, called me and explained and asked if i could come in now to get antibiotics! So so happy i moved my dogs to Medivet, vets are always going to be expensive but i thought prices were very reasonable so was very relieved when paying, everything is thoroughly explained so i have no worries & next steps all explained - was even offered gloves to take home to get another urine sample! I’ve also already signed up to the health care plan which im glad i did for both my dogs! Very approachable staff & my anxious rescue was made very comfortable xx

First and last visit to this branch. Just transferred to this branch since moving to the area and will never be visiting again! Upon arrival there was no-one on reception. I called the "ring for attention" bell to which nobody appeared. My dog and I sat for 25 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. When the vetenary nurse finally appeared, she spoke to a gentlemen who informed them I was still waiting. When I said I'd been waiting 25 minutes, her response was "that's fine, we've been in there so wouldn't have been able to see you anyway". I then pointed out I hadn't even been acknowledged since arriving, I was met with a response of "well I've been in an appointment with my student nurse doing a blood test". No apology for the wait, rudeness or general lack of care. I said I would rebook my appointment, to which again I was met with "that's fine" in a very sarcastic tone. Needless to say I've made a complaint to head office and have requested to leave Medivet and will be asking for local recommendations. Awful!

Never had any issues until the last few months, every time I have rung for an appointment I’ve been told they don’t have a vet and won’t have for a few weeks and to call another branch, who also didn’t have a vet that day. Been left no choice but to go elsewhere

Once again we would like to thank all your staff for such care and attention given to Ollie before and after his surgery. Nobody wants to see their pet go through an operation but in your hands they are loved and cared for in the highest possible way.
