Recently had six monthly check for my 2 dogs which is included in pet plan. Lady vet was very thorough, knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining things Usually these checks feel a bit rushed so was very impressed.

I used to be so impressed with Medivet St Neots but our last visit was disappointing. Receptionist was SO rude to other members of staff, and even recommended customers in front of us to go to other vets (naming multiple) saying they’re cheaper! She also recommended not buying the prescription through medivet and to go on amazon instead! Receptionist then asked a different vet to see us as the other one hadn’t yet in a very rude manner right in front of us leaving us feeling very awkward and like we were an annoyance instead of customers who have been patiently waiting! Previously had great experience and have both my dogs signed up to monthly plans with Medivet, but will be moving vets as the attitude is awful from reception - didn’t catch her name but she’s ruder and ruder everytime we visit. Vet was lovely as usual, is honestly a real shame!

The staff are very caring and personable remembering my pet’s name and taking the extra care to place a cushion on the floor to aid with his arthritis.

Nose-to-tail health check
