Got me and Harley booked in really quickly and they were very understanding of the situation, once we got there they accomodated us amazingly, Harley is a bit of an anxious one around other dogs so they let us sit in another room whilst we waited to be seen and for any other animals to leave, once seen again the Vet was very understanding and gentle with Harley and she gave us some peace of mind with the diagnosis (Apologies i dont recall her name). Harley got some treats as a job well done for being a trooper in her first vet visit in a long time and has been doing ok since albeit showered with love and treats.

Honestly cant thank everyone enough, got us booked in as quickly as possible and accomodated me and my dog Harley amazingly as she's a bit of a anxious one around other dogs so they let us sit in another room whilst we waited to be seen and other dogs to leave.
Helped us feel at ease with the issue at hand and was very gentle and understanding with Harley (she was a trooper in her first vet visit in many moons)

The Spanish (I think) vet is very sensible, reliable, and gives good advice to help minimise cost. The nursing staff/ receptionists clearly love animals and are very kind and caring. I like this vet practice a lot.

The Vet did not wear gloves or sanitise her hands before examining my cat. She opened the door and she blew her nose into a tissue, and in both cases did not sanitise her hands afterwards. I hope you will make improvements.

Always amazed by how lovely the staff are and how much they genuinely care. And are happy to explain things so that I could understand the various options and medicines.

The vet we saw that day was quire brusque in her manner with me and my dog picked up on it. She what having an annual vaccination and was the most stressed she has ever been at the practice in the time I have been coming to it. She was unexpectedly and unnecessarily brusque I assume because I was several minutes late for the appointment and had been waiting in reception while the receptionist was busy in the phone. I apologised and also explained. As a contract the receptionist was and always is lovely, warm and kind.
