We were due for a mobility pain check, vaccinations and our 6 month health check. The vet was literally rushing through the appointment and just wanted to give our dog her vaccinations and then wanted us to leave. She didn’t even check the anal glands until we specifically asked and didn’t even do any pain check on cookie to see if her joints were fine. Every time we asked her a question, it was very rudely answered and she was very impatient to get us to leave. The service at this branch has really gone down this year and we want to find another vet as we don’t trust them with my dog

Unfortunately appointment was delayed by an emergency, apart from that and Leah having left the practice (Maurice is very unhappy about this) everything was o.k.
