Registered our pup with Medivet, Sutton farm. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Emily, Amy and Georgia looked after us and they made us feel at ease. We asked a lot of questions as this is our first pet, but everyone took their time with us and we didn’t feel rushed. So glad our pup has such a caring team to help us look after him as he gets older.

Thank you to Emma and her lovely team for taking such amazing care of Alfie, we took Alfie to see Emma as he’s not been well for a few days, he had to stay for tests but we always felt reassured that he was receiving the best care and lots of cuddles. They called with regular updates on test results and how he was doing. When we brought him home they gave us lots of information about what to expect and how to care for him together with follow up details. We can’t thank you all enough for caring for Alfie ❤️

As always Emma and her team took amazing care of Alfie, they kept us informed of his progress and the results of his tests. We were given lots of advice about his care when we collected him to bring him home and details of his follow up treatment.
We always feel totally reassured and know he’s receiving the best care and lots of cuddles.
We travel over an hour to get to Sutton Farm because of Emma and her amazing team, once again thank you for nursing Alfie back to health ❤️

Barney the Brave
Young Barney came to see Emma when he wasn’t able to bare any weight on his front right leg. It doesn’t take a vet to be able to see the issue on Barney’s x-ray!
Due to the nature of the break, and the potential complications this could have for Barney in the future, it was decided that it would be in Barney’s best interests to amputate his poorly leg. We are happy to report that Barney is getting on amazingly well on his remaining three legs, and is now back to his usual self, able to run around and wreak havoc with his brothers and sisters!

"Since Lucy was 12 years old she has had dementia which has meant she became more reliant on their care with different health issues.
Over the last two years, it has been great to get the advice from Laura Medlicott about what adjustments could be made to make Lucy's life easier. Emma and the team worked with us giving us advice and ideas to help Lucy cope with the changes as well as medication to help with her deterioration of dementia.
Right throughout Emma and the team listened to our concerns and always delivered an outstanding level of care to Lucy; even when she was put to sleep, they made our loss as special as they could.
