great service and super friendly nurses and vets, we used to go to the medivet in london and called in for an appointment, and i didn't have to register again because my data was already on the medivet database. after my appointment, i asked to change my main practice to this one, but the nurse had already done it when we were on the phone without me asking, so i was really impressed
