No changes required,in my feedback i always praised the vets and staff for their care and attention i have however in the past commented that the building was looking in a bad state since then it has been refurbished and now looks fresh and clean and more welcoming well done

We cannot recommended Medivet at Thorpe highly enough. We have been using the practice for 8 years and have consistently received an expert, professional and courteous service. Efficient and polite reception staff. Christina is an excellent vet, a pleasure to deal with and is wonderful with our two cats. She always takes time to explain things properly and we do not feel rushed. A super practice

We always have a first class service when we come to the vets. We took our cat Deity to see Gerard and he is always professional, courteous and kind. We would not take our cats anywhere else. Excellent vets.

We booked a vet check for our 6 monthly visit as we had some additional questions regarding our cats current activity levels and joint care in addition to her needing her annual vaccinations. This would usually be the vet nurses but they had no problems with us seeing the vet instead, with no additional charge (we have the pet plan with Medivet). Spent a half hour checking our cats general health with a focus on her joints and mobility and vaccine. Discussed diet plans as our cat had gain a little weight as she’s aging. Also discussed future medication options if her joints begin to bother her more. Lovely visit and felt listen too. Thank you.

As always my dog had great treatment. The vet was very responsive to some concerns I had and we had a good discussion which put my mind at rest.
