Michelle went above and beyond when treating our guinea pig. It’s so hard to find a vet who is knowledgeable when it comes to small pets and complex conditions, but Michelle didn’t disappoint and provided exceptional care. She took the time to explain everything, showed care and compassion, and we left feeling very reassured by her diagnosis and course of treatment. We’re so pleased that we registered with this practice as all staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We really have struck gold with Michelle and the team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Gina is the most wonderful, caring nurse my Dolly loves her. She is a credit to the company. Also, the receptionist staff are always friendly and the vets are great the company are very lucky to have such a great team they’re all excellent! I highly recommend!!

For over 30+ years we have been taking our felines to this practice and they have been magnificent. The vets have always been caring and treated them with respect and the reception staff friendly and welcoming.

Amazing veterinary. We used to be registered at Brookend with our cat before he passed. Once we got our Cavapoo, I wanted to find another vet. Once we found Tiptree Vets and after my first conversation with them I knew they were going to be the right place for us. They have far supassed the service we received from Brookend and we could not be happier.
