Always seem to be understaffed, under pressure and running behind. Always have to wait 10-20 minutes past our appointment time which was booked over a week ago. This is a long time with animals that don’t like going to the vet. They become highly stressed and anxious in the waiting area before it’s even started, which makes a routine checkup a big ordeal for both pet and owner.
