I was asked straight away do you have pet insurance, I felt from that point on that the bill and the treatment was going to be inflated , I was told that my dog which was in for a suspected ear infection need a scrape and that was to be sent to the lab for testing , I was quoted 225 pounds , I asked if that was necessary, no was the answer and I reply I'd just like some treatment so I could apply straight away, ear wash and some drops were prescribed, a total of 106 pounds , I thought that was steep but agreed , I paid and was then told you never had the treatment in stock and would order it and I would get a xall to pick it up the next day , I never received the call , had to call myself which was now 2 days after the visit , we received the medication the next day , not ideal , we're thinking of taking our 2 dogs elsewhere.

I have always found all the staff to be friendly and professional. You can feel the love for the animals.
The vet I saw was great. He understood that my dog was nervous and got to know him before progressing with the wellness check.

First your receptionist need to ask mor questions about appointment to have many information as possible, if I pay for the visit I expect my pet to be examined ,properly and give me the right indication, information or treatment. Not,if you want we can give you some treatment.... right should be we give you because this it will be good for your pet. And I can carry on , wrong information when I book the appointment, apparently was a free condition and then at the end asking me £50for the visit ....why ?? The dr did not even look at my pet , I just explain what I believe it's wrong with my pet ...did not look at it, not any consultation...and then ask for £50 . It's that right??

The veterinary nurse was excellent. She carried out a full examination, discussed my concerns and gave me good advice.

The nurse was so patient with Murphy as he was very anxious she took her time which helped he was having a mobility check
Was suggested to us that we bring Murphy to the practice a few times in the next few weeks to try to desensitise Murphy and get him less fearful,which we will certainly try

Flea treatments would be better prescribed every 6 months instead of every 3 months.
