We've been taking cats to 4Paws since 1989 and never had a problem. Both cats are on a monthly payment plan for the last 15 years. At a recent scheduled review, the vet had run out of one of the worm/flea treatments claiming they'd had a run on this treatment. Hold on! This isn't emergency medication and my appointment was scheduled in advance. It appears that this was trying to put a spin on a poor stock control process. However, rather than accepting that and without apologising, I was told I had to come back and get the treatment the following day. I asked for it to be posted to which they reluctantly agreed only for the following to phone and demand I pay £4.36 for their mismanagement!! Such poor customer service and personal responsibility so I asked for the cancellation. I was provided with an account for each cat which missed payments off and inflated the cost outstanding. I let the contract run and cancelled the direct debit after the last payment had been processed. You wouldn't believe it but, 2 days later, the vet is on the phone chasing up the last payment because they were too bone idle to do any bank reconciliation and confirm that last payment had been made. Once again, absolutely no apology. It seems that customer service and personal responsibility are in short supply at 4Paws/MediVet. Sad to go but can't work with that attitude...and all for £4.36!!

Attended on Saturday to put my poor boy to sleep. The staff were so caring and gentle and I know he felt safe and loved when he passed away. Thanks to all including the receptionist who supplied us with a lovely keepsake of Jackson’s paw print 🐾

We were very grateful that the vet administered the flea & worming treatment while there as it saves us a lot of stress. The receptionist got straight on to PetPlan & has gained authorisation for our boy's treatment, without us having to lift a finger - what more could we ask? All staff always friendly & helpful
