I graduated from The Royal Veterinary College in 2014 and have worked at this practice ever since. I am interested in surgery and particularly enjoy orthopaedic operations. Outside of work I spend a lot of time competing in dog agility and will be representing England in the World Agility Open this year! I have a little boy called Oliver who is already showing a keen interest in animals, too!

I have been with this practice since 2011 and graduated with a Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing. Throughout childhood, having grown up on a small-holding, I have been surrounded by a menagerie of animals since I was 2 years old. To this day, I still own very small pets to very large pets - I own a lizard, chickens, a pigeon, cats, dogs, a goat and a horse! I have a keen interest in medical nursing and inpatient care and am currently working through a certificate in exotic nursing.

I'm Becca, a third year Student Veterinary Nurse here at Wem. I have worked with Medivet since November 2019 where I began my journey as a mobile Patient Care Assistant, before becoming a permanent member of staff between the Wem and Whitchurch practices. My favourite part of the job is anaesthesia and nursing consults and hope to further increase my knowledge in these areas. I'm known at work as the 'crazy cat lady' with three felines of my own at home. In addition to these fur babies I have a black lab puppy called Percy and two miniature Shetland ponies. In my spare time I enjoy swimming and nice walks with the dog.

Hi, I'm Deb. I qualified as an RVN in 1996 and have worked part time at the Wem practice since 2005. A client called me 'the insurance guru' last week and that probably best describes one of my roles at the practice! When not at work I enjoy climbing the Wrekin as often as I can and I love food - both cooking it and eating it. Hence the need for the hill walking... I have a husband, 2 (almost) grown up children, 2 black cats; Morris and Mango and we have 3 house guinea pigs; Betty, Wilma and Geoffrey, who live happily together in our spare room.

Think it wrong vet thought lady shaking was her joints. I know it’s a nervous disposition been with her all her life. Reckon vet was inexperienced and made my dogs claws bleed when cutting

Very thorough 6m check up for my 12 year old springer spaniel (under the Healthcare Plan). Able to talk through all queries without feeling rushed. Received very practical advice. Vets here are always very friendly and approachable and I value being able to see familiar faces.
