Only reason for a score of 7 is that whilst very convenient for us to get to, is relatively new and decent parking, it only offers a limited service in terms of anything serious happening to our pet dog, whereby we would have to travel to the nearest Medivet practice at Alfreton.

I thought just a little more expensive han anticipated. But the main thing is my dog is happy and seems mended.

I very recommended Clinic and Dr Nimra, She treated my dog very well, and after a few days, he felt much better and returned to normal. Thank you very much to the entire team for their professional service.

Shocking vet!!!! The blasé attitude of the vet here led me to seek a second opinion elsewhere — only then was my dog correctly diagnosed with a tumour on her spleen which turned out to be cancerous. By that point, it was too late, and I’ve now had to face the inevitable loss of my beloved dog. I raised two complaints about misdiagnosis which were ignored, and no accountability was ever taken. The lack of care, urgency, and responsibility is utterly unacceptable. Happy to take my cash but not even the decency to acknowledge the complaints raised.
