An excellent health check by Locum Vet, done on my cat under the Medivet Healthcare Plan. I collected two courses of deflea and deworm meds under the plan for the following 6 months. Vet was very caring and patient as my cat is very nervous at the Vets. I was seen on time also.Thank you Medivet.

Recently registered with MediVet West Byfleet following the closure of the Chertsey branch. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful (I think his name was Simon, apologies if I’ve misremembered!). I took my cat for her appointment today and she was a nightmare, but Hannah and Catherine were very understanding and nice about the little terror. I’ve signed up for the MediVet annual plan, which seems to be very good value, and there was no forceful sales pitch to do so. Well done to Catherine for holding down reception as well… I thought you were extremely polite and measured!

The veterinary nurse, Sophie the vet, Dan on reception and many of the WB Medivet are professional and caring. Not too long ago they went to great lengths to save one of our pets, when they quickly diagnosed & acted noticing our pet was rapidly declining. So we are hugely thankful. And only weeks ago Hannah and the nurse again responded promptly to recover our other unwell pet after she ate something she shouldn't have. The team are caring and helpful. There's space to park and the appts generally run to time. Unfortunately, even with insurance and especially without the fees are high :(
