The only reason my appointment didn’t start on time was due to an emergency case coming in so not the practice fault at all and, I feel, a perfectly acceptable reason for my appointment to be delayed.

1st time with the new vet.
She was lovely. She loved my little cat and made a fuss of her and made she sure was happy, even gave her a couple of dreaming biscuits.

Suzy and her team are great! So much so that my dogs look forward to going to the vet! They’ve helped treat my dogs for years with everything from minor sicknesses to pretty big surgeries. I’ve brought my Frenchie, my Giant Schnauzer, various of my working German Shepherds and clients’ dogs, all of which they have dealt with very well. Highly recommend!

Worst veterinary practise to possibly go to! Perfectly fine with treating and being around my American XL Bully until the ban came into place. Ever since then the head vet of the practise adopted an attitude with my dog and even refused to treat her because she huffed and puffed and him. When I challenged the vet about this, his answers were very different to the answers he had given my partner about my dogs attitude and actions. Those who knew my dog (Nova) who was very popular in the local community knew she is the most harmless puppy with the sweetest and most calm temperament. I took her to be spayed as required by law and mid procedure she supposedly ‘crashed’ and passed away. This is a procedure which has a fatality rate of 0.2%! Carried out by a surgeon with 17 years of experience! When the vet was questioned about the procedure his answers defer from what the health report states. (Habitual liar?) When asked what actually happened the answer I received from the main vet was ‘I don’t actually know’. With someone of so many years experience carrying out a pretty routine procedure with such a low failure rate how can you not know what has occurred? Complete and utter liars with absolutely no compassion. Not a single apology or ‘sorry for your loss’ from any member of the Medivet Team. Just think twice about leaving your pets life in the hands of these thieving lying killers! Pupdate!: Multiple attempts have been made to remove this review! Watch the Panorama Documentary ‘It shouldn’t happen at the vets’. Medivet should have been shut down years ago and held accountable!!
