It's obvious that all the staff here really love animals. Katrin took the time to give Olaf a thorough examination, prescribe a treatment for him and give clear instructions on how to adminster it. Highly recommended.

Graet vets when you get to see them but 45-60 minutes waiting in reception every time for your appointment seems to be normal, whatever time of day. They don't say sorry or have the common sense to phone clients and advise really running late!
