I am very concerned about the ever increasing prices charged at Medivet and the lack of upfront information about charges. I agreed to a blood test for my dog without being informed that it would cost £165.00 which I feel is extremely overpriced. I feel that I should have been warned about the cost as it was not an essential test. The staff are always friendly and helpful and Katrina the vet is very experienced and informative. However I am considering changing practise because of the lack of upfront pricing.

Katrin is a wonderful vet. She is incredibly gentle with the animals and really takes the time to ensure they feel comfortable and cared for. Her expertise and competence are evident in every aspect of her work. I trust her completely with my pets and always feel confident they are in the best hands.
