I have been taking my pets to medivet Whitton for many years and have always been extremely happy with the way myself and my pets have been treated.

No problem with medivet but big problems with identibase keeps sending me emails to put in chip number then says already registered, when I log in doesn't recognise email address due to my health issues this is causing me lots of stress with no certificate, this is not good, and should be done the old way to stop the confusion, it is a system failure.

Found staff friendly, and took time to understand my dogs needs, we have been using the sister Isleworth branch but were disappointed with there customer service and stability of opening and consistent staffing. Whitton turned our opinions on there head. Go to show it’s the people not the franchise. The vet took time and gave excellent advice and we are already seeing a change in one of our dogs condition. Will always be grateful and will be back.
