Everyone here was super helpful in getting my dog Ella an emergency referral after her back legs started failing. She was seen by a neurologist the same day and is now on medication and cage rest with a slipped disc. Thank you to everyone who acted quickly to help us.

The staff are so helpful and friendly, they squeezed us in last minute for an emergency appointment for my dog. The vet explained what was wrong is such detail and they helped us arrange a referral to a specialist hospital where Ella was seen the same day. Thank you all very much

Had a 6 months check up as part of the VIP plan.
Very thorough.
Voiced my concerns about possible hip problems, and was advised to book a free mobility check to offer a more comprehensive check in this area.
So I will follow this up in due course

My Cocker Spaniel, Maude, had been "not herself" for a couple of days. I spoke to Brian who happened to answer the phone when I rang to make an appointment. He saw her that afternoon, thoroughly examined her and diagnosed that she had undoubtedly tweeked a muscle which occasionally caused her some discomfort and therefore a little under the weather. She left with a five day supply of anti inflammatory tablets. They are working really well after just 2 tablets and Maude is already her old self again.
