We waited for an hour. And the vet had a terrible body smell. It was absolutely disgusting for a professional not to care about their personal hygienic.

First time we had experience such a long wait to see the vet.
And veterinarian had the most horrendous body smell that was making my husband sick.
Unacceptable for any customer to be in that kind of smell environment.

I’ve been with the practice for at least 7 years and always received excellent support, reception staff have always been friendly/helpful and that can be also said regarding the practitioners.

The team at Medivet Yeading are always very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The centre is within 5 minutes walk from my home which makes it convenient too. I have five cats and they’re all registered here. I’m very happy with the service I receive and the care shown towards my pets. Sometimes I’ll drop by for general advice and I’ve never been turned away even when it’s been something that others might find insignificant.
