If I could give 0, I would!!!! Very poor customer service, dropped my cat off for a spay at 9:40am & called at 3pm for when I can come to collect my pet & still it hadn’t been spayed. Received a call at 4pm so say they won’t be able to spay her today due to “emergencies”. Firstly, it takes about a month in advance to book the cat in for a spay then to find out they cannot do the job on the day is so poor when we had to arrange for someone to pick and drop the cat off as everyone works weekdays and weekends. Do not recommend & won’t be using again. My poor cat hasn’t eaten since last night midnight and it’s 5:30 pm now . So disappointed

Took my cats in for their first visit. Receptionist and Registered veterinary nurse could not have been more helpful. Great to see genuine professionals who care about animals treating my cats. Thank you very much team .

Absolutely amazed from the doctor and the nurse for the care and professionalism. Many thanks for the doctor who checked my cat at 1.30/ 05.01.24 who listened very carefully to my cat’s health problem, and giving the best options and advice for its current situation. Every question asked was answered thoroughly and clearly. Both my cat and I were treated with respect and care. I strongly recommend Medivet Yeading. Great service so far!

Took my dog for annual vaccination boosters paid the bill before leaving. 7 months later they phone me to say I owe them £21 ! No explanation or apology had to ask what is it for? Turns out they forgot to charge for one of the vaccines THEIR mistake still no apology just sent a letter saying pay within a week. I paid but won’t be going back.
