The Vet was very helpful and thorough and the options given for further medication, should it be required, was both helpful and reassuring. I received a call as promised later the same day with the results of the tests on a blood sample taken at the time of the appointment.

Our dachshund Eddie was really poorly on 4.11.25 with sickness and diarrhea and on top of that he has diabetes. Eddie the vet that looked after him was so lovely, caring and professional all throughout our consultation and Eddie's treatment. The veterany nurses that were also on shift and helped to care for Eddie were also really caring. Thank you for such a good experience Medivet. You have a very good team! 10/10 from the Wright family :) x

It was unfortunate thar the surgeon who should have been seeing my pet had to go off ill unexpectedly. I still feel, the surgery could have called and given me the option not to attend. The upside was I didn't have to pay and I have an appointment the following week where the pre op and the operation can be done on the same day.

We were assured that there would be an out of hours veterinary cover 7 days a week through Medivet. The first time we needed Saturday treatment the out of hours was not available - no appointments other than 30 miles away .Very disappointing and not mindful of our pet's wellbeing.
