After telephoning out of hours as my dog was ill . I was told could come anytime .on arrival seen quickly and the staff were extremely compassionate and professional. Unfortunately my best friend couldn't be helped and was put to sleep . Thanks for your compassionate at a really difficult time

A true sanctuary run by angels for animals. Medivet offer care with compassion 💯. Faced with a major poisoning emergency and after being turned away by others unless we agreed to pay astronomical fees, Medivet were the shining beacon of hope today. They saw my brother's dog immediately and treated him with genuine kindness and urgency, without trying to cash in and exploit our panic distress. The service was nothing short of extraordinary. Special thanks to the receptionist, who calmed our nerves and coordinated everything flawlessly before we even arrived aswell as reassuring us along the way, also to the entire team who went above and beyond, every interaction pure heartfelt care, so glad we found the best possible hands to give treatment. Their professionalism, empathy, and dedication clearly shown every step of the way. It's rare to find a practice where such exceptional care is given at a fair price. Medivet has proven to me they not only prioritize helping the animals and still manage to support and reassure the owners in distress. Care and compassion is definitely their top priority and the heart of their practice. They truly helped our beloved dog when no one else would, and for that, we can't thankyou enough. I wholeheartedly recommend Medivet to anyone in need or as their routine vet. What a place.we rushed in with our Frenchie (reign),for emergency consultation only for her to be having surgery within an hour. Collected her a few hours later. Everything was explained in great detail from start to finish. All the staff are excellent. If you need a vet this is the place 👍

Sadly we have just returned home after having our beautiful girl Lola put to sleep. The professionalism and care we were shown from making the phone call,until we left without our beautiful girl was second to none.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
