I graduated from London’s Royal Veterinary College in 2006 and have worked at the practice since 2008. My clinical interests are in orthopaedic surgeries and wound management. I spend my spare time with my children. I have a cat named Keith who is the ‘boss’.

Lovely, friendly, well laid out waiting room (this matters...) Very easy to contact/ communicate with. And the vet I saw (Kyra) really put me at ease, very knowledgeable but also empathetic and understanding. I know my pup is in safe hands 😊

Amazing team here, they looked after our dog as if their own, they were extremely caring helpful supportive and ultimately saved our dogs life, we will forever be grateful for their care and we are so glad that we brought our dog here. It was an extremely distressful period but they really saved the day and they reassured us and kept us informed every step of the way. Our dog is better than ever and even when we came back for the check up you could tell they were so genuinely happy to see him full of life again and it’s clear they love what they do and genuinely care. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you again 🙏

Will we paid all the vets bill for my old cat shadow not here keep bringing it up thinking payment has not been paid when it has should believe loyal customers and thought they care about cats and dogs won’t do treatment on my cat hawk or Nickoe or the other cat thought the love animals and now animals have to go without treatment said can’t do anymore treatment

On Sunday, September 27 /2026. I brought my cat to this clinic Medivet in a critical condition. The vet examined him and diagnosed a blocked urethra and a severely distended bladder. I came to the clinic seeking urgent help for my suffering cat. However, instead of immediately focusing on relieving the obstruction, managing his pain and stabilising his condition, a significant amount of time was spent discussing a treatment plan costing around £4,500. During this time, my cat remained in a critical condition. I was told several times that he was becoming weaker and that his heart rate was slowing. Despite this, to my knowledge, he was not given pain relief or treatment to relieve the obstruction before I was expected to make a decision about the expensive treatment plan. When I explained that I could not agree to the £4,500 cost, euthanasia was also discussed. I never refused treatment for my cat. I wanted him to receive the necessary emergency care first and for me to be clearly informed about what needed to be done immediately and what could be done later. My cat ultimately died at the clinic. This has been an incredibly painful experience for me. I came there believing that he would receive urgent veterinary care, but instead I felt enormous pressure about the cost of treatment while my cat was critically ill. I am still seeking a clear explanation as to why appropriate emergency care was not provided sooner and whether the start of treatment was dependent on my accepting the £4,500 estimate. I am not claiming that earlier treatment would definitely have saved my cat. I simply want to understand why the care he urgently needed at that time was not provided sooner.😢😭😭😭💔🖤

Amazing service. Had to book for an emergency, everything was super efficient and gentle with our doggo. Staff were kind and explained everything in detail, giving examples and instructions if needed. Siper happy with the experience and how quickly everything went from booking to appointment to treatment to prescription.
