Really grateful to everyone at Medivet for saving my cat's life the other day. Upon realising he wasn't passing urine, we called so many different places, but many were full and not taking in any hospital visits. My cat went feral from the home vet, and probably his pain, and it was difficult to get him even to the vet. Once we got the Medivet, we were helped by Adam the night vet and Kate the vet nurse, who reassured us that he was going to be fine, even though it could have been a life-threatening condition. We kept him hospitalised for a few nights, and during the daytime, the vet would call me every day to update me on his condition. Thank you Dr Ricardo for being patient with all my questions and constantly updating us. My cat is not the easiest to handle; he is very feisty, and we were very grateful that everyone there still managed to help him. Thank you so much once again.

The reception staff were fine but not overly impressive as they did not greet and looked somewhat disinterested.
However it was the vet Riccardo who was exceptional. I have not been overly impressed with any vets in recent years.
Riccardo on the other hand was different.
He was curious, engaged, listened with an attentive war, was compassionate and provided an excellent reading of our dog’s symptoms. I trusted and had confidence in Riccardo’s diagnosis and felt fortunate that we randomly fell into his hands. For this reason we would return to the London Animal Hospital rather than the Lordship Lane Medivet.

The visit by the suspected pit bull could be a little unnerving - I wondered whether the police could enter from a different door so as not to stress out owners / pets who aren't well.
As it was it was handled well by the receptionist, who ensured we were all a safe distance, but I did wonder whether a different door might be more suitable.

Staff were amazing, our vet was wonderful and we had a great time at the clinic. All our questions were answered and we every step was explained to us very clearly. We felt in good hands with our two pets.

The staff are very helpful and friendly but the medication and surgery should be in the price plan not separate. Over all the staff treat your animals with care

I was in a mess when I rang due to my puggle being poorly. The receptionist (a lady) was so calm, polite and helpful. Advised me of charges upfront (I don't like surprises! So I appreciated that) also that she told me to go to Camberwell vets. These little details are important when you are already stressing and my normal vet is Bermondsey, I would of gone there in my panic! Great service and Hercules is doing much better!
