We had to take our cockapoo to Medivet as an emergency last night and we couldn’t thank the team enough for looking after him and getting him back to his usual self today. A special thank you to the night vet Louis for reassuring us and providing us updates during the night and early this morning.

While I can't fault the veterinary care, the practice is appallingly slow at processing insurance claims... which is galling when clients have to pay large amounts upfront. Still waiting over a month - and still the surgery has not even filled out the claim for for over £1K, let alone sent it off to our insurers.

Called Camberwell at 7am this morning because my dog is having an emergency. They told me it's not an emergency enough and to call during regular hours. Called during regular hours only to be told there's no appointments. Why didn't they tell me that at 7am already??? Now they will also not see my dog as an emergency either - as no emergency appointments available. Clueless!

The Branch Partner, who happened to be one of the vets, quoted £1000 for a heart scan and nearly £400 for a needle test of a fatty lump on my dogs belly. The prices are horrendous, unjustified and clearly needs to be investigated by a relevant authorities.

Not good experience. Massive delays with booked appointments due to emergencies. Staff not particularly caring when delays occur and communication from surgery towards owner basically non-existent. Customer care all around is poor.

Brilliant people, took in a poorly stray and didn't refuse him medical care. Had reservations about taking him (the cat) to medicare after the treatment we had from a different medicare vet/practice. All I can say is we should have just went straight here as they were really nice. Hopefully the cat gets better soon.
