Chaotic admin leading to errors and unnecessary stress. Had my phone number wrong - last number was a 0 instead of a 5. One person checked this and corrected it on a paper file before my cat had a scan. This information was not passed on to the vet who then tried to call me and couldn't get through. My little cat who hates the vets has now been there for an extra 4 hours unnecessarily. No email sent to follow up on the vet's call - I had to call the surgery myself to find out what the delay was. This is not the first admin issue I've had. Trying to book a vaccination on one date and a scan on another was a nightmare. The team kept trying to prioritise the scan over the vaccination, but the vaccination had to happen within a specific window (2nd jab between 3 and 4 weeks after 1st jab). Different receptionists were emailing different things and clearly not reading each other's messages. Everyone gets my older cat's gender wrong. It doesn't make much difference to me, but it probably is important medically. I'm assuming this is another error on a form somewhere. The staff seem lovely, but poor record keeping and information sharing can undermine even the best care. While none of the errors so far have led to clinical mistakes, I'm not filled with confidence about this surgery.

Staff were lovely and made me feel at ease leaving my pet in their care.
I was given all the necessary information before the procedure went ahead and had a clear understand of everything.

Medivet Camberwell were wonderful when our cat became dangerously anaemic. He was with them for a week, they were so kind and caring, worked with us to organise visits and spent a lot of time updating us on his condition and prognosis. We could tell they all really cared about the animals they were looking after. Thank you to the team for everything you did for Bruce

Thank you staff at this branch of Medivet returned at short notice due to my beloved cat Mj in very poor and critical state. Wonderful kind and caring attitude helped myself and wife at this sad time.

I have to say the Vet was brilliant, sadly I didn't get her name, but thank you. Casey, the nurse was so good, I can't thank her enough also for her help and guidance. The best place to go if you have an emergency with your pet, you can be sure they're in safe hands. Thank you soooooo much for last night.

The vet was thorough in explaining the problem and the procedure to be done, i felt confident she was in good hands.
She them called twice to update me on how the procedure went,
The lady on reception was also very helpful and friendly,
In all i would recommend going to this practice for the level of care, and the service provided,
Gave an 8 rather then 10 for the cost (which was less than expected)but guess this is not any different to other practices for out of hours emergency.
