We saw Ben with our dog Coco and she wasn't particularly happy, what dog is when they go to the vet but Ben was amazing with her and just took a little bit of extra time to try and make friends with her and help her feel less stressed. Bribed her with treats 😂. We only had booster jabs and health check done but he said to us we are welcome to bring her into the practice to help desensitize her and grab a few cheeky treats while she was there so that when she comes in next time she'll be a little less stressed. Amazing service and Ben had coco eating treats from his hand by the time we left!

I attended the vets for my dogs booster. The vet was thorough and very professional, put my dog at ease and explained to me every step of what he was doing as he administered the injections, and when prescribing the dogs flea and worming tablets.

The staff were fantastic as it was an emergency appointment on a Sunday. The vets were amazing on both days as our pet had to stay overnight.
