Clean and fast, i've made an appointment for the same day for my dog, plenty of spaces to park, I wait just 10 min to enter the cabinet and to see a vet. A bit pricey but I can't complain about the service.

I am satisfied with the vet service but increasingly annoyed with multiple emails essentially harassing me to leave a review since my last visit - hence the low rating. I understand the importance of marketing, but not to the extent of alienating customers.

I would like to thank the entire team for seeing my cat at such short notice during an emergency appointment. Everyone was kind, compassionate, and professional from the moment we arrived. The vet took the time to examine my cat thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and made me feel reassured during a very stressful situation.

Been coming here for 6 months now I have to dachshund and everyone has always been polite and welcoming, I pay the monthly subscription it makes things so much easier when it comes to check up and yearly jabs plus flea and worming is on there as well. Overall very happy. Would 100% recommend
