We had to visit on Sunday 25th May with our very poorly Riley cat. The service we experienced was outstanding. Unfortunately our Riley was too poorly and we had to make the difficult decision to have her put to sleep. Every member of staff from that day and to today when we picked her up showed so much care and compassion. She’s come home and we have a wonderful card with her paw print and some fur to treasure forever. I’m not sure if I said thank you enough to the staff when we first took her in as it was all a blur but it gave me so much comfort knowing we left her with some amazing and dedicated staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I’ve used many surgeries over the last 25 years, U.K. and in Europe, and nothing comes close to the care and dedication of these fabulous vets, nurses, assistants and receptionist at Swanland. Appointments are always a good length where you can discuss what’s going on, scientific reasoning, explanations on options and considerations. I believe I have had many more years of my dogs presence from this surgery’s knowledge. I have never felt pressured to ever take an option or sign up to anything I haven’t wanted to try. 10/10 on every scale.

Yesterday was a family visit to see Kiah, Agi had her Addisons injections, Makar annual check up and boosters, Betty annual check up and boosters as well as some medication for a sore elbow injury picked up at an agility show. We also obtained the flee and tick medication for everyone. Kiah was ready and prepared for the visit of our dogs as always and although we had 3 X 15 minute appointments we were all done and finished in half an hour. Having monthly visits with Agi, and the luxury of being able to book her appointments with Kiah to give continuity of care, we have built up a wonderful rapport with our vet and I know I can always email her and get a prompt response should the need arise.

Excellent care and communication. We feel totally at ease leaving our dog with them We were given full information pre op and were kept updated on the redults and surgery. We can't recommend Swanland highly enough

We had to rush our dog recently to Medivet Swanland on a Sunday as he collapsed. The vet was spot on with her diagnosis and acted quickly and efficiently and went on to do an emergency operation. The love, care and compassion they all showed our dog and us was amazing. We were given regular phonecalls giving us updates. We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done. Highly recommend them.
