Triple Medivet success as Essex vets take top industry honours
Medivet veterinary practices in Basildon, Benfleet and Corringham are the latest to achieve industry recognition for their ‘outstanding’ customer service.
After assessing each practice, the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) awarded all three the highest accolade in its voluntary Practice Standards Scheme, which aims to promote and maintain the highest standards of veterinary care.
An inspection team from the RCVS assessed the work being carried out at the practices and spent time observing the teams in action.
The practices have now received a follow-up report based on the inspection, confirming their ‘outstanding’ customer service rating.
Dr William Lewis, Lead Vet at Basildon, said: “Our clients and patients are very important to us and we strive to deliver the very highest level of service at all times. Receiving this prestigious accreditation shows that we’re achieving our goal and we are all incredibly delighted.”
Dr Andrea Saggers, Lead Vet at Medivet Benfleet, said: “We are delighted that the hard work our team has put in with our clients and their pets has been recognised with this award.”
Dr Ceinwen Pyne, Lead Vet at Corringham, added: “We are thrilled to have our customer service recognised by the RCVS. I am so proud of the whole team, not only for working hard to gain the highest level accreditation but, more importantly, for their continuous commitment to providing an excellent service to our patients and their owners.”
Medivet Laindon and Medivet Tilbury have already achieved an ‘outstanding’ rating for customer service under the RCVS PSS scheme.
