You couldnt ask for better vet surgery. Caring, compassionate and the standard of care is excellent They have looked after both our dogs brilliantly and they gave our old girl fantastic care and a peaceful send off. Erikas made a very difficult day much easier They never over treat, and you feel confident that every diagnosis and treatment is made with the utmost consideration for your animals. I always feel we are in the best hands

Riverside Medivets has always looked after my dog with his wellbeing in mind. I get regular updates on free health checks which is a part of being on their monthly plan. I am always happy with their manner and helpfulness. They are always happy to discuss any concerns and answer any questions I may have.

Unfortunately there were a few errors made with paperwork which was disappointing!
The staff were helpful but it took a few back & forth calls to sort.

Fantastic vet practice. They go above and beyond to help and care deeply about their clients. Ceinwin in particular has been fantastic with our boy, Hughie. I can’t fault the way they have dealt with such a traumatic experience of having to have a beloved pet put to sleep.

Dear Medivet Team, I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent treatment my pet received. While there is currently a bug going around, I am disappointed that the medication prescribed resulted in significant side effects. I believe the veterinary staff should be aware of these potential issues and avoid prescribing tablets that cause such distress for both the pet and the owner. Dealing with the physical consequences of these side effects has been very difficult. I hope you will take this feedback into account when treating similar cases in the future.

I'm quite annoyed, i paid £116 for my pets prescription and he has severe side affects
he was suffering with gastroenteritis and the tablets didn't agree with him, so after 3 days i took him off. i was told to get some paste Pro-Kolin and give that to him, well what a difference, he is now eating, not a lot
the vet told me that he might be anaemia - what a joke he didn't even have the symptoms of anaemia!
the tablets he was taking were Synlox which is for Urinal Infection, Respiratory infection - not for gastroenteritis
so I'm not happy this time with the vet, i think i just stick to check-ups in future
