My cat Picchu was recently lethargic and off his food and I got an appointment the day I called. Valentina soon found a lump in his abdomen and was able to do an ultrasound there and then and confirmed that he has a lymphoma. Obviously this is a shock as he is only 10, but it was so helpful to know the facts so quickly so that we could decide how to go forward. Valentina and Vesi couldn’t have been more helpful, informative and sympathetic, which makes this sad experience much more bearable.

Sadly, my cat was diagnosed with a lymphoma but Valentina could not have taken more trouble. I was able to get an appointment for the same day, and when she felt a lump, she did an ultrasound and took bloods the same day. It’s very sad but she gave me the options and some steroids so at least he will be a bit better in the next few days/weeks. I am now waiting for the tests results and we will go from there.

All the staff was very friendly my babies dog feel calm and for me this is very important.

Always show so much individual care for our cat, they know her and her fears. Diagnosed her issue and treated straight away.
After care follow up is just as important to tge team.
