If I wanted to be picky it would just be that our appointment was 20 minutes late but the vet we saw I love he’s absolutely great can’t fault the guy at all he gives his honest advice and I would always request him if he’s on that day obviously I’m sure the other vets are great but I just like his approach and he’s so friendly

We got an appointment urgently. Mitch was very thorough as always and involved us in all of the decisions with Dave.

I think if our dogs come again it would be better to have paper towels or something like that so it’s easy to clean if the dogs make a accidents and I would also offer a appointments for people who prefer quiet time without other pets coming to the practice.
Also, I would be better if you did made a poster explaining different payment plans for people interested and maybe change the look of inside of the practice for more colours and more welcoming than just white walls and add some music and I’ll make it feel like at home.
The staff were amazing and I felt like even I came in on time and sat down. I felt like it’s amazing to have them there and they understand and I think they need praise and also better equipment like instead of having printer issues to print my invoice.
It’s better to maybe email it to me or something like that to make it easier or logon on special app and you can view your invoice and your pet and any history the pet has.

We took our stranger reactive dog, Odin, for a surgery to remove some lumps that had been bothering him. Our vet Mitch was incredibly helpful, gentle, and thorough in his explanations, and allowed us to be present for Odin’s sedation and while he woke back up. The team took excellent care of him while he was under and gave him a thorough examination, a brush and trim of some of his harder to reach grooming spots, and a nail trim. We felt like he was in the best hands the whole way through!

So nice to see Mitch again at Ashby, he was fabulous again with Connie when she had her health check. I took my 3 yr old budding Vet granddaughter he was also fabulous with her.
