We have been coming to this vet practice for many years - and more than one dog. With our previous dog, we had to seek help for a variety of issues for him (e.g. regular, annual vaccinations; checking out a suspicious lump in his leg that required a biopsy; severe diarrhoea; a lump [an epulis] in his mouth). Even at the end of our dog's life, we felt that our dog as well as we humans were treated by the entire team with care and compassion. We now have a new rescue dog and we have returned to this Medivet because we didn't want to go anywhere else. Our vet (James) always keeps us informed - he's helpful but also pragmatic in terms of what can be achieved (for example when our previous dog was older and very unwell). He has a pleasant manner and continues to treat our dog with a high level of care and kindness. The support staff are friendly and clearly care about animal wellbeing, too. Thank you!

I have been taking my dog (Poppy) to James at Medivet in Barnes for over 10 years. I cmopletely trust his judgement and value his advice. More recently, since Georgie joined the team it's been even better, her kindness and happy demeanor is so welcoming, but more importantly, it's clear she absolutely loves animals and I know Poppy will be so well cared for if I have to leave her with Georgie.

Probably the best vet I’ve been to. The girl Georgie was super nice and helpful. My pup loves it there. Everytime I went there, they took care of us and I feel relived.

I had a nice welcome at arrival the vet was quite friendly and treated my cat with care. Very pleased will sure be back for a visit.
