I had an emergency appointment and I was so pleased the practice were able to see my pet even though they were fully booked.
Everyone was kind and helpful, including the vet.
I was a bit shocked at the price, but thankfully I could pay it.

James is an excellent vet who went out of his way to be kind to my elderly dog who is very frightened of coming to the vet. James plied him with treats and was kind enough to inspect him in reception to reduce the stress upon the animal. James was responsive to my preference for treatments which promote quality of life over a longer but less happy lifespan and didn’t press me to take a more interventionist approach.
I hope I get a doctor like that when I’m old!!!!
