The young Veterinarian was exceptional (I don’t remember his name).
He took such a thorough approach and, unlike the usual consultations, he dedicated 30 min to visit Ares.
I was very pleased.
HOWEVER, I eventually decided to seek the professional help of the CTVet practice in Chelsea.
This is an Italian family run business with a different approach from the financial focus that corporate practices apply now everywhere in the UK.
Their consultation is at least 30-40 min long and tailored around the single pet and even our initial telephone conversation lasted 20 min.
Regrettably, the corporation model is focused on financial targets and turnover and you always have the feeling that each consultation is carried out with constantly checking the watch and speeding up to see the next client.
