Imogen is an amazing vet - so caring and efficient. I felt really confident in her care.
Worth noting that the receptionist (she has been there a while, not the new one) was unprofessional - on two occasions I heard her complaining about clients after hanging up the phone, making snide remarks such as "well I called because she asked me to call for goodness sake". She did this right in front of me / almost to me which made me feel uncomfortable - clearly bitching about other clients. Visited on 9th July.

A friendly place small enough to feel that your dog is ‘known’ with caring vets but unfortunately it is expensive - what a shame veterinary practices have to charge so much
