Prices need to be looked at for such a large company with many practices I feel you should be cheaper then stand alone vets. Your buying power should be greater.

Damien was out vet on our visit very thorough and explained everything clearly and precisely our appointment was not rushed and our dog was very relaxed around him

Excellent from phone call with help from Carol and then appointment with vet Pauline very friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with change in medication.One happy cat mum , two unhappy cats needing to lose a little weight 🐈⬛

Dragos and the team looked after Stanley well. He is a difficult dog at times when he howls, but wouldn't hurt a fly and loved being in your company albeit not the operation itself!

I am so so very happy I’ve found a vet who truly cares, he’s absolutely wonderful with our very unruly rabbit. He takes the time to explain everything to us and shows an amazing love towards her..
The front staff are wonderful, so kind and caring. Clearly animal lovers themselves, which really means a lot when your hearts breaking over an unwell pet.
I cannot recommend this vet enough, excellent care and perfect post op follow ups.
