Lizzy is a great vet who really cared for my dogs. Very thorough and explained and advised throughout. Receptionists very good as always. Only negative is the awkward parking area. Very easy to block someone in so you need to move the car to let someone out.

The staff are just so friendly. The vet Liz Quin was absolutely lovely. She clearly cares about the animals she treats, and their owners.I would recommend visiting here if you want to feel in safe caring hands.

We would like to thank everyone at medivet Southend, Canvey & Benfleet. The staff at all of these practices are fantastic & they helped us so much. We did not feel railroaded into treatment for our granddaughters guinea pig, we had time to think things out & felt what was done was the best for Ginger. We would like to say that Walter (Southend) & Ian (Benfleet/Canvey) who are both exotic animal specialists they were both truly professional, approachable, understanding & empathic to our situation with us & Ginger (Ian knew Ginger as he had dealt with him before). Once again thank you all for being kind & compassionate.
