When our dog walks in he gets cuddles and kisses from any vet working that day, they fuss him so much and we appreciate it lots. Always great advice given and I feel that they really take the time and care about our worries. Kindness makes a massive difference when going to the vets

The centre does look a little tired compared to other places I have been in. But you can't take away from the level of friendliness from the vet we see with Benni Hill.
The only issue I have with the surgery itself is the lack of easy parking. We often (have to) park over the road but there isn't always space there either. I wondered if it would be possible to have an agreement with the clinic next door to share their large car park that si rarely full.

Nina the Vet is really good with my dog and takes time to connect with my dog and he doesn’t get anxious Nina takes her time it’s not a hassle taking him to the surgery

Although rare, my dog does have the capacity to occasionally bite. Every other vet I’ve been to has never touched my dog on examination due to this.
The vet I seen at this practice did a thorough examination on my dog, was very friendly and caring with her. My dog didn’t bite or try to during the appointment, however I do always mention it as I just feel it’s the right thing to do as there is always the possibility.
The vet explained everything in detail, gave me all my options and seemed genuinely sympathetic.
I was honest in the fact I do not have the finances for the most expensive options and the vet didn’t make me feel guilty whatsoever and was very understanding.
I think it’s such an expense that most owners already feel guilty enough when the bill is more than expected.
I would visit this practice again 100%.
