Meet our Partner, Nina Ambroz
I'm Nina Ambroz, graduated from University of Ljubljana in 1998. I have been a military veterinarian and owned my own practice in Slovenia. I have been a Partner with Medivet Billinge from 2017. I love being a veterinarian with particular interest in behaviour, soft tissue surgery and dentistry, but most of all I like taking care of pets. I share my life with my Parson Russel Terrier Crispy, cat Neva, and Arwen the mare. I love traveling, going to concerts, photography, reading, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.

My dog loves going to the vets, excited beyond belief. All of the staff are amazing. Jess always gets undivided attention, best care and I recieve the best advice if I query anything. Would be impossible to ask for more

On this occasion our experience has been extremely poor. The surgery does not function when Nina is on holiday. Once earlier when Nina was on holiday our cat Thirdu's blood test results were delayed a lot and the same has happened again.
Been 8 days since Thirdu had his full blood test and no sign of any results. Nina told us the surgery would ring us on Thursday. We know from past experience they never ring, we always have to ring to enquire about results. We rang on Friday ti be told the results came on Wednesday and Nina requested an additional profile. We rang again on Monday evening and the girl said she would check with the lab as still not received and would call us back today morning. Now it's 1.10 pm and still no call from the practice so we will have to ring again.

I was really worried about my dog's ear, the vet was very reassuring and took great care of him.
I left feeling very relieved and satisfied that the problem would be easily resolved.
She also informed me of what to look out for and that another visit may be necessary to clear the problem up.
