Meet our Partner, Nina Ambroz
I'm Nina Ambroz, graduated from University of Ljubljana in 1998. I have been a military veterinarian and owned my own practice in Slovenia. I have been a Partner with Medivet Billinge from 2017. I love being a veterinarian with particular interest in behaviour, soft tissue surgery and dentistry, but most of all I like taking care of pets. I share my life with my Parson Russel Terrier Crispy, cat Neva, and Arwen the mare. I love traveling, going to concerts, photography, reading, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.

First time at the Billinge practice, first time with my new puppy, Woody the Cavapoo. Absolutely outstanding service from the receptionist, and the vet. They were both extremely friendly and welcoming and most of all it was genuine. Really impressed and appreciative of their efforts, hot days lots of customers and my was towards the end of the day so admire their resilience. Looking forward to calling in again.

we’ve been using medivet now for around 2 years for our dog and cat , on friday i had to take our dog in as he had a cut to his leg , they got me an appointment within 30 minutes to be seen and were lovely with us, our dog had to have sedation and some stitches which was done right away and he was home within less then 2 hours of originally arriving at the practice. They went above and beyond , even taking our dog out of the crate and placing him behind the reception as he was unhappy in the back. Thank you so much to everyone

The vet was absolutely fantastic. He remembered us from last year, was friendly and chatty, and was so gentle with our cats. They stayed calm throughout the visit and didn't seem stressed at all. We'd happily recommend him.

If you love your pet and dont want to be lied to dont bring them here .got told one price for my cat to be neutred then when you get there they add extra costs on top and refuse do it if you dont pay .but to be honest im glad they did it as when i got there it wasnt clean at all looks like it hasnt been done up for 50 years the staff are arrogant and not friendly at all i wouldnt not let my pet eat in there never mind have surgery as its the most unclean vets iv ever seen i was happy they put the price up because it give me an excuse get out of there i feel trade and standards need to give this place a visit avoid at all cost unless you want you pet have aids or something

I have been with Medivet for 7 years but have cancelled !y plan and gone to another provider for my dogs tablets .The staff at Billinge are poor beyond poor at customer service and the animals are not put first..Conditions are out in place for appointments in order that you only get medication.and also.that Medivet can get extra money from you .You can buy goes and working tablets over the counter why should you have to.go through hoops when you pay for this facilty .Your staff were dismissive of my needs and needs of my dog so I bought them.elsewhere no.hassle and cancelled my plan .you have lost money ..lost my faith .Really bad customer service
